Yeah but when i click download on on 3DS Video 1.32 it shows you are now downloading blah and if you click download now it appears

A similar thing happened to me yesterday (I'm on Firefox). In my case, the download just showed up when I waited. Just searched up your download and I got the same result as you when I "clicked there". Not sure what the issue is.
