Hacking Easy Way to use Ocarina Cheats with USB Loader GX

I've come up with a simplistic, no-add-ons required method for getting Ocarina/Gecko cheats from this website:

To work on USB Loader GX games. No Homebrew apps besides USB Loader GX of course are required.

Getting cheats to work on USB Loader GX was a pain for me, this method worked swimmingly. If topic gets supported enough, hopefully it can become a sticky. Please report any errors or problems to me. Works with v3.0.
