ROM Hack Dump N3DS EMUNAND title.db?

for emunand, i think not yet.
For sysnand, the latest version of decrypt9 can do it

title.db is on the sd card...
if you are talking about ticket.db, which is on the nand, then dump the emunand with something like emunandtool, generate the xorpads for your fat16 partition (via something like decrypt9), extract the fat16 partition from your nand + decrypt it, browse it with some tool, and you can then easily copy the file from there

It's more easy with RxTool xD

sure that would be nice, if you have nand filesystem access this would be very easy

As @Asia81 already said, the latest D9 can do it for sysnand, shouldn't be too hard to add emunand dumping as well i guess.

Got the ticket, there is a title.db in the same dir. :-D
