Emulation Download WUDs files on PC straight from ninty's servers?

Hi,
It's possible to download WUDs files on PC straight from ninty's servers?
I tried WiiU USB Helper, but it download extracted isos / app files, and this is not what I want.
Keys / tickets are not a problem, it's easy to find them if needed.

Like it's possible to download CIA for 3DS from them using FunkyCIA2 or any other programs.

Apparently not, sorry for disturbs. WUD seems to be from disc only.

yeah, a wud is a full wii u disc that's encrypted with a unique key. they won't be on Nintendo's servers. since wud files r wii u disc images, they're heavily padded as well.
