buy it in VC

or google it.
STFU you obviously have no idea what you are talking about.

IT ISN'T ON THE VC. The OP was asking if it EXISTED, not for a link to it. Uninformed posters like you make me so angry.

To OP: No, DK 64 for VC doesn't currently exist, legit or injected. If I remember correctly, it uses the N64 Expansion Pak that no VC games have made use of, so it cannot be injected at this point.

The main reason so far is that RARE had a slightly altered code with their games which has made emulators not manage to work so far.

I think he was trying to give the OP another option since none currently exists for the Wii. No need to be rude.

Unless a RARE game is released on the VC, yes, wii64 is the only possible way.

uh

1. nintendo created donkey kong
2. donkey kong country 1-3 were released on VC
3. they obviously have the same rights to do so with this game (if it can emulate memory expansion)

many nintendo games aren't released on VC because of emulation problems apparently.

Tall Alien, no one is disputing that nintendo own the rights to Donkey Kong 64 but the fact is that there are plenty of other 64 games that everyone would like to be released more-so and at the rate that they are being put up now, we may never see it.

if you want to play it so badly, get project 64 1.7 beta using a bit torrent client (because you have to pay for it otherwise) and then get the dk64 rom. my computer doesnt have a good video card or alot of ram but it plays dk64 perfectly

@Veho, Sounds and smells like bullshit. They don't give you cancer, and California should know that. I don't get why they stick labels that say "may or may not cause reproductive harm or cancer".

@Psionic Roshambo, Shouldn't preservation be legal tho?
