In order to connect to wiimmfi, you need to patch the iso, then dump your Wii's NAND with bootmii (this is important because the original Dolphin NAND got banned)
And then follow this guide to use it https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/guides/nand-usage-guide/
Then you *should* connect to wiimmfi.
For alt-wfc, you just use their DNS in your computer's network settings, and then enter this Gecko cheat
