Hacking DiscEX converted games back to ISO?

Hey everyone. So im just about to hack my Wii U in vWii mode. I have a bunch of ISO's converted to DiscEX format to work with DIOS MIOS. I'll be installing Nintendont, therefore i need to revert them back to ISO's. Can this be done? Thank you.

theoretically yes but it's not recommended at all since it will screw up most games due to alignment issues and what not
so no, just redownload/redump your iso files
