Another bump, to tell you guys!

DW3 works NICE under popsloader 6.39!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It doesn't get stuck while entering at the 2nd floor inside INNs.!!

I'll try other games too

edit2: aww spoke too soon, it will freeze as long as you get the folder bag and return to ASUKA CITY INN

I'm having this issue with 6.60 PRO-B10. I've ripped my game with imgburn and Alcohol 52% (using Play Station pre-set) and created the eboot using PSX2PSP 1.4 with the listed game ID (SLPS01724). I run it on 3.71 and it either crashes when entering the underground path after saving or getting the Folder Bag. Anyone have any ideas or am I out of luck?

I haven't changed the ID or anything yet, but i found a temporary soulution to the black screens. 1. Stop in front of the doors that cause the black screen, 2. Push Start button, 3. Choose items or whatever, 4. Go back to game, standing in front of door, 5. Push X to enter door
This works for going into the 2nd floor of the Inn, and coming back into the Inn from getting the Folder bag.
I only just started so I haven't gotten to anyother black screens, hope this helps some people.

I have tried just about everything to get this to work I changed the ID I have 5 different Eboots, I am running popsloader 4e, I am playing on 6.60 pro B-9 I went through all the popsloader settings I have done everything the internet has told me to get it to work so if anybody has any ideas please share

I downloaded a triple pack of all the digimon world games converted for the Psp and this is the only one that's given me any trouble. I crash on the second floor of the inn along with the rest of you and two out of the three roads leading out of central park crash the game as well. One so badly that it actually resets the Psp. Coynn's solution works right before entering the second floor of the inn but you also have to do it while you leave or it results in another crash. This is my favorite out of the three Digimon World's for Ps1 but I don't think I'll be playing it if I have to be watching over my shoulder for the game to crash.

Try downloading the European version. I had the same problem with my US version. I downloaded the European version and so far no problem. No freezing or anything.

Okay, so I'll say this first: I'm using a good EBOOT. I've tried DLing 2 from torrent sites, and I made my own, all had the same effect.

Right after the first battle with Kuwagamon at the beginning of the game, when you go into the inn, and up the stairs/down the ladder (south)/down the ladder (west), the game freezes at a black screen. The sound/music fades out, etc. The HOME button still works, but nothing else does.

I'm assuming that there are more problems such as this later on in the game.

I've tried running almost all the versions of popsloader (the latest being 4.01) AND I've tried running the original from flash.

Does anyone else encounter this problem? Is there a way to fix it? I've Googled, and a lot of people encounter this problem, but there's no real solution that I've found. NOTE: that I can run other EBOOTs fine such as DW1, DW2, Final Fantasy IX.

EDIT: I have CFW 5.00 M33-6, and I just heard about the Game-ID fix. People say to change the game ID to SLPS-01724 and it's on this site as well: http://www.gamerspress.com/index.php?title...tibility_List#D . Successfully changed the ID via popstationGUI.

Someone also said that if you have CFW later than 3.52, you need to run the game through 3.40 popsloader so that's what I did. But my save file isn't detected!!

However, how will I load my save file again?? Since the save file ID is whatever it's supposed to be?

who can have problems playing digimon 3 ? o.O don't know who lol

Use PSX2PSP to edit the ID on it to SLPS-01724. I can't tell you why that works, I just know it does.

just use pSX emulator, it's what i use when i play psone games, played digimon 3 all fine, you just have to download a good iso without any issue

using a psx emulator defeats the purpose. If i wanted to play the game without any difficulties, why should I bother even using an emulator. I'd just bring out my copy and play it on my ps1.

i'd rather enjoy the possibility of playing the game on the go.

OK here is what i herd from another site i haven't tried it out yet but if you game freezes and cerashes from entering a new area apparently if you go to the item screen before entering the door it fixes the problem im going to try it out now ans see if it works

well actually i found this to work i can now go underground the first city but the problem is i cant get back so when i get the card battle folders and head back to the inn i crash and idk if this is relevant but once i got the 300bits from the sewers the story skipped ahead to me being a blue agumon and all the NPC are gone

Found this in the nick of time since my interest in digimon resurfaced. So this works without freezing? What pops version should I try?
