Well, I got the homebrew channel installed finally, and I went to this thread:

http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=112945

and I got the first part done. But when it asks to install the cIOS-fix.wad with custom manager, there is no custom manager in the homebrew menu. Only the normal WAD manager.

Could someone please give me a link to the custom WAD manager?

It says to do this....

Step 4:
Using "The Homebrew Channel", open “Custom Manager".
Using the same method as in "Step 3", install the "cIOS_Fix.wad".
Once installed, press the "Home" button, to restart you Wii.

...and I can't install using normal WAD manager. Thanks for the help.

If you would understand what's that custom WAD Manager and what it does, you would just use WAD Manager 1.4 instead.

You should probably wait more than 14 minutes before you start begging. You should post this question in the thread you were following and in it include what you have done so far and what step you are at. You should try to read as well as that will help you alot more than relying on someone else.
