Custom missing covers for all modes using the updated magic numbers list by Mastershoes are now used by default when using this theme

Mastershoes is actually working on a lot of WiiWare covers right now, VC not so much but when he's done with WW he'll probably fill in some requests.

@Mastershoes the whole thing is nearly perfect now - Thanks for source menu reference table (helped me a lot)
I would be even sicker if we add the rompath to this table.
personnaly, the only thing I would like to still work on is to change the rompath in the plugin ins for families as such:
example: for Vbagx romDir=vbagx/roms
and then GB romDir=vbagx/roms/GB
GBC romDir=vbagx/roms/GBC
GBA romDir=vbagx/roms/GBA
This way clicking the VGBGX icon will open all roms while clicking any of the other 3 will only display the appropriate games.
This shouldn't be hard especially that only few families exist.
If you want I can do the necessary work and add the rompath to the reference table to make this a universal standard.
