Emulation converting no$gba to vba save file

^^How can i convert my no$gba save file to a vba save file?

Try opening the no$gba.ini file and changing the saving type from "compressed" to "raw" and then opening the game and saving again. Hopefully VBA will accept the file produced. If not, change it from "compressed" to "uncompressed" and run the resulting save through this tool: http://gba.mywebcommunity.org/
