I finished pkm UM with fps around 23-28, so i tested smt4a and found the fps improved than the other chinese builds but still slow (average fps 18-20 sometimes 23-25, open quest menu fps drop 10-13)
Mingw 30_12 and 18_01 feel the same

Try this (turn on hack in graphics tab improves performance)

Now, I remember AMD Radeon isn't that great for Citra since I got that before and others as well. So yeah. It will run smooth at first. Try to close any unnecessary open applications by open Windows' Task Manager.

How you do it.. Did you get the branch re-based , I gave it a crack they was some changes but no go..
Also it may need a big change if using texcadge-pt2 then the main master branch..

Like Pica::Regs::TextureFormat should now be Pica::TexturingRegs::TextureFormat

And this don't work out too well even though should be correct
Pica:: DebugUtils::TextureInfo tex_info; too Pica::Texture::TextureInfo tex_info

But it's not from the original Citra Dev. Sooo yeah.
Pretty mediocre to see this pinned and everyone will go to the unofficial builds instead of the Official Build and discuss about stuffs that is related to the Official build.

And then, Citra Devs' Official Build will tremble because of many people are looking forward for an unofficial build that is faster than the official. I still use the Official Canary Build because for some reason, the unofficial break mods at some point. I, myself and others who use the emulator to test mods and builds, practically use Citra as easier and alternate source to test Homebrew and mods. We can still use 3DS at times unless it's low battery and the charger is not 220V(my hometown use 220V and my n2DS is from America. It's pretty sad though).
