Nope you can't since I don't have the rest of the 3DS System Apps dumped. If only it was that simple to do it. But meh. Citra Devs did it on their tests.
So, I tried to dump Config Savegame and it's a success(no errors) but I can't see the config file. Where is it?
I posted as this: disa-extract.py F:\gm9\out\00000000 F:\gm9
But then it doesn't output config. Same goes to other output like Desktop or Documents.
I've been doing the same command over and over and still won't give me config.

Very nice work, do the icons load ?, if you have a legal owned game maybe dump cia, and install though citra cia installer and see if it runs are not..

I still have firmware 0.0.0-0 even though my NAND is dumped from 11.6.

Considering that those timings were taken *directly* from a New 3DS, your issue with the game is elsewhere.
After so much experimentation, I finally got it!
It's not really my type of game, so not much matter, I'll let others complain about it xd.

Wow you're CPU better then mine!, I get about 50/60% speed in AMD
Not sure why you have 37fps on 122% speed on it though, maybe try frame limiter on it..

Okay! So I've been installing all of my dumped system apps on Citra for couple of hours and still, I can't manage to open them or see the installed apps. However, I can make some installed apps to show up on the Home Menu by moving all of the installed apps(inside 00040000) to the NAND's System Application(00040010).
@Subötaï ignore what I said yesterday. Sorry about that. But I'm still confused with the Config SaveGame though. No one was answering my problem dumping that. Anyways, it's on the other thread.
