Hacking CIAngel for HBL 11.3

What are the things i can and can't do on CIAngel for HBL?
Just want to be sure i won't damage anything...

If you're on OFW 11.3, all you can do is create cia files, nothing else. Can't install anything.

No sorry. No installations at all.

Do you have CFW? If not, you can't install much with that even if it was a HBL file. Aside from very small LEGIT Cia games, you can't get a lot from it. Just download cia, then again, still can't do anything with it, with no a9lh to use decrypt9 to decrypt cia files anyway.
