Hacking CIA Install Question (GM9/FBI)

Hi guys. It has been a while since I have done this. Anyway, I am dumping 3DS game right now with GodMode9, but don't remember how to install game as CIA. In the past, I have used FBI, but don't remember exact process. How do I install a CIA game with FBI? Thoughts and help greatly appreciated

Side Question: For CIA games that are installed, how do I go about installing updates for them?

Open FBI -> SD -> find where GM9 dumped your CIAs to -> press A on the CIA you want to install -> press A again to install it

The same goes for game updates, except replace "find where GM9 dumped your CIAs to" to "place your update CIAs some where on your SD card". Or, if freeShop has the update, you can use freeShop to update your games. Or if the game is in the same region as your 3DS, just use the eShop to update them.

The process is not rocket science.
