Hacking Chronoswitch on 3000 (!DXFFFFFFFF)

I have completed successful downgrade on my identical PSP3000 (09g). I was able to downgrade from 6.60 to 6.20 and install perm cfw. This PSP gets the (!DXFFFFFFFF) message when it reboots to start the 6.20 OFW update. I reset the PSP to default setting in case that will help with identifying the issue.

The temp cfw = no issues
Memory card is good.
6.20 OFW I copy straight from the zip file each time I need it.
Again, identical PSP everything downgraded properly. (same model, same 6.60 OFW, bought both same time)
