Hacking Changing Version Spoof?

If sony, was to release a new OFW, and I needed to change my Spoof version, would I just use the new spoof, without removing the old one, or would I have first remove the old one, then use the new one?

Remove the old, than install new, or update to latest CFW. Usually Rebub / Habib have an update within the week of a new OFW.
