ROM Hack Change unique id on rom cia

I have been playing around with custom banners and icons for cubic ninja for easy identification as to what exploit is launched. I want to be able to edit the unique id so I can install multiple of the same region with different banners can anyone point me in the right direction

if you need to change the unique ID, i think you need the old game rebuild version with makerom and rsf

So I have the decrypted rom that I have been playing with the banners. How do I load this into rfs or makerom to change it, is there any tutorial similar so I can get a better understanding
