Hacking CFW and Vita Mem Card Question...

I recently installed Vita CFW, some of my ISOs, and a Plugin. My Vita Memory Card is 16GB. If I get the 32GB card, would I just do a backup beforehand and then restore on new card? Also, do I have to buy the Sony cards, or are there other sizes and choices? Any help appreciated

making a back-up using the built in backup option should work

Ok, thanks. As far as transfer CFW, ISOs, and Plugins, is it just a simple backup and restore on the new card? Or, do I have to reinstall the CFW, ISOs, etc?
