Hello everyone,

I wanted to change my cartridge port but I pulled out the legs of the 3ds port circuit. After I realized the stupidity, I tried to turn on the console (I specify that nothing was disconnected) and there, blue LED that turns on and off gradually (with a kind of fade A bit like on standby). I think the 3ds does not start if it does not detect a cartridge drive. In itself, I do not really need the cartridge drive since my games are on my sd (I have a CFW luma). I would like to know if I can do something for the ds to turn on (even if the cartridge drive does not work)

Usually when it's a hardware failure, the LED shuts off automatically and not gradually. If you have A9LH i would recommend checking if the SD card is inserted as it fades gradually when you can't load arm9loaderhax.bin.

If you removed any ribbon cables, check if they're all connected properly. The one with the black tab is usually the hardest one to insert.(at least for me). Also try checking if any cables are torn.
