Hardware Capture cards

Are there any capture cards for New 3DS XL which cost $30-$0? Or, at least less than the cost of the device itself?

No capture cards, but you can use NTR cfw to stream to your PC.
Its not as smooth as a capture card, but its not $200+ either.

New 3ds, you don't need a capture card, use ntr cfw on top of luma! You'll need a good network router though!

Not really, the 3ds and n3ds both have dick wifi card so it dosnt really matter
