After numerous attempts and asking around I can't get CWcheats to work. I'm trying to just speed up proficiency gaining for VC3 E2 English patch. Even though they say that the English patch needs to have switched ID#s it still won't work. I can get the menu to pop up on any game but now cheats come up. Only once when I was messing around did I get cheats to come up but only 5 showed up out of the whole list and I was never able to get that back again. Can anybody tell/show me what I need to do to get this fixed? Same with my VITA even tho it's running TN I can't view my cheats... Is there a different program that might work like TempAR? Or do I need to downgrade or something?? I have a 3rd PSP a friend lent me that I think is a 2000 series that I might be able to goof around with if worst comes to worst but does anybody know anything about this?

Have you used codes on other games, being as how VC3 is english patched, the games code is gonna be different than code from an unpatched game and the cheat codes may not work with it.

Yeah, Dissidia, unpatched, etc... just can't get anything to show up on cheats. What happens if I do cheat searcher? I tried it before but it took hella long so I just stopped it, and is there also a way to input the cheats manually without updating the db on the computer, just thru the PSP?

@The Real Jdbye, I could see AMD trying to pull off the CPU GPU tandem thing, would be a way to maybe close the gap a bit with Nvidia. Plus it would kinda put Nvidia at a future disadvantage since Nvidia can't make X86/64 CPUs? Intel and AMD licensing issues... I wonder how much that has held back innovation.
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
i don't think nvidia wants to get in the x64 cpu market anyways
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
you've seen how much intel is struggling getting into the gpu market
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
and nvidia is already doing ARM
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
i don't think they want to take more focus away from their gpus
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Yeah I think Nvidia s future lays in AI GPU acceleration stuff if they can get that going it's going to be super interesting in the long term

AI assisted game creation might become a thing
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
At least that's something I think would be pretty cool.

Don some VR glasses and gloves and talk to the computer and paint entire worlds

Many TBs of assets and the programming of something like that is going to be tough but I think it's something we might see in 20 years maybe sooner
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
@Psionic Roshambo AI assisted game creation is kinda already here, there was recently that AI that can turn any 2D image into a fully modeled 3D object, it's not perfect, but it's a starting point, beats starting from zero

  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
before that there was one to generate a fully modeled scene from a 2D image

  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
but most recently, there was one that actually generates a working unity scene with terrain and textures already set up that you can import right into unity, that's a huge time saver right there

and using LLMs to generate NPC dialogue and even dynamically generated quests is something i'm sure is already happening

will just take some time for games made using those things to be completed and released
