Hacking Can someone dump a game?

The rubiks cube app was released on the 3ds an i would like someone to dump the us cia for it please. I would dump it myself but i cant hack my 3ds sooo....

My friend wanted the game and he has cfw but he cant get the game from the eshop

His best choice is to use freeShop, if it's on there.
And if he has a CFW and can install CIAs, could he not just use that ISO site?
