Hacking Can now use the Pro Controller via USB! More USB controllers to come? CronusMAX?

According to this article, 3.0.0 now allows the Pro Controller to be used by plugging it into the dock via the USB charging cable: http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2017/06/nintendo_switch_os_version_3_0_0_is_now_live

Does this mean we'd be able to make other USB controllers work in the future? Does this open the door for CronusMAX to allow us to use Xbox and other controllers on the Switch?

Possibly, the capability is there, it's up to Nintendo to patch the firmware to allow for such, I hope XD

would love to use my cronusmax on the switch. I been hoping they will support it. but on the forums they say they will not support it hope this helps change that

Mayflash's GameCube adapter is compatible with the Switch so it's possible.
