I have a wiifree installed in my system. I was about to connecto wiiconnect24 and it asked me to update my wii. Is it safe to do this without getting my console banned? Does nintendo ban wii consoles?
yes i agree. as of now nintendo cannot detect the chips in the systems, however they know of them bein produced and sold, f0r that is the only reason they did the cut legs ext. For now we are all safe
oh, and they're bringing out one Wii revision after another which make installing a modchip harder...but they're not fighting modders actively at all

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
