Gaming [BUG] Some DLCs are assigned to wrong games and can't be deleted

Do you have experienced something from the list below?
- library screen displays DLC counter for games with no DLC
- game in library shows DLC from similar (by title or series) or totally different game
- DLC files (map packs, for example) are not deleted from HDD even after game deletion
