so,before i format my SD card,my O3DS boot was acting weird, maybe because the old formatting was bad so i decide to format it again, maybe that will fix the problem of long booting.

i backed up all files to PC,i think i still have NAND files
it's on 11.4 luma3DS sysnand A9LH O3DSXL.

i tried to boot without SD card,it's the same
i see blue light for one second then it shuts off,i tried to put the new arm9loaderhax.bin in the root of SD card but it still the same.
i also tried to boot and "select" is pressed, same thing.

is it bricked for good?

You have A9LH, therefor, for the system to boot up you MUST have arm9loaderhax.bin on the root of your SD card. Either put the one from the backup you made or download newest Luma and use one from there.

okey, apparently when i formatted my SD card,SD formatter convert it to exFAT
that's why i think it's not working.
trying to use another program to put it back to FAT32,which "allocation unit size" should i use?

Try 32kB if you have the option.
thanks,after formatting,it back to work
however i am not seeing any improvement of boot speed
the SD card i am using is transcend class 10 UHS-3 SD card
it's legit and have write speed of 60mb.
i have another transcend SD card but it's 32GB on my O3DS but it boot faster,3-4 seconds faster then O3DSXL.

That is actually not the fault of the card, but 3DS itself, as from what I remember reading when I myself bought a 64GB card it's actually slower on those.

open FBI and copy the arm9loaderhax.bin to your CTR Nand on your system. then youll be able to boot without your sd card. this only works after updating your a9lh to v2 or higher.

the N3DS i have use 64GB mSD card, and it almost boot with the same speed of my O3DS with 32GB card, the O3DS is faster by 0.5 second.
