Bloodborne Getting Its Own Physical Card Game

Board and card game designer Eric Lang announced he’s working on an official Bloodborne card game. It’s based on the game’s chalice dungeons, and has “risk management with a bit of groupthink, inventory management / upgrades and tactical play in an intense 30 minute card game.”

Eric Lang is a veteran in the board game universe, who has worked on many notable board games that tie in with other big franchises. Below is a list of his works you may or may not have seen before. Either way, the game has little detail other than the short description given, but seems like a promising endeavor.

Can someone explain to me why there isn't a physical release of Gwent yet?

Anyway, I haven't played Bloodborne yet but I love card games, so I may have to get this eventually!

It's based on the chalice dungeons?

I can't wait to use a VA (Visceral Attack) card on the Maneater Pig "Boss".
I can't wait for the Bloodletting Beast card that one-shots you with his stretchy punch whenever you roll the dice, no matter the number, since it has perfect tracking.
