• Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10, plus only 64 bit required!
  
• Say bye-bye to Windows XP and Vista, plus dropped support 32 bit!
  
• Requires newest Microsoft NET Framework version 4.61 or later
• If you want oldies OS, please use BizHawk version 1.13.1 right now. But, you can't see some new features on version 2.0 or later!

No Linux support, wonder how it runs in Wine

If you wanna TAS for recording video, use BizHawk. For running on many systems likes 3DS, Android etc, use RetroArch.
