Hacking Best way to play GBC games on GameBoy Micro?

I recently picked up a Micro at a yard sale and I was wondering what the best way to play GBC games on it is. I've been using Goomba Color but the main game I'm trying to play fails to run at a normal speed even after fiddling with settings.

Goomba/Goomba Color is pretty much your only option (unless another GBC emulator for GBA exists), since the Micro lacks the hardware needed to play GB(C) games in the first place. The Micro is basically not natively backwards compatible, unlike its cousins, the regular GBA, and the SP.
