My Go is currently at 6.39

I've got an old temporary CFW installed, i have to run the PRO-B6 Recovery Tool everythime i boot the system up to get in CFW-state.

Is there anything newer/better/permanet available for me?

    Wonderful, thanks!

But... i followed all the steps correctly. But the "Error-Screen" appeared right after the flasher app finished it's work (not after activating the permanent patch, as said in the guide)

Now, i'am in 6.61 Pro Infinity (says the Systeminfo-screen), but i can't launch the configuration app (says broken data) or any game (wrong copyright information)? What now?

    The error is normal.

Now install the Pro-C2 CFW like normal and then launch the config app to set is as the permanent CFW.

never saw a reason to upgrade

    Got it working now! Thanks!

I updated, because someone said it would improve the PS1 compatiblity. I got many problems with PS1 games (PSX2PSP, etc..): Missing Sound, broken Sound...
