I've build my own PC two weeks ago, really loving it so far. Used to play PC games mostly on my laptop, Acer Aspire 7750G, and while that did the job fine for most games, is just getting, so decided to go for a cool desktop PC for gaming.
As I don't have a good desk right now, I have my PC next to my bed, and got my ultra-wide monitor on a table above that. Also got nearly every gaming console, except the original XBox and the Xbone.
Not every part of my PC was available on pcpartspicker, but they were on Tweakers.net, which is a dutch site. Already had the Iiyama and the Dell monitor, So I'll just hook those up to my PC once I get a nice desk. When I have the desk I'll take some more pictures when everything is on it nicely, such as my screens, speakers, keyboard, and mices.
Now, for some pictures. They are quite large, so I put them into spoiler boxes

Honestly once you go multi monitor you cant go back. I wish I had this set up ages ago now.

@The Real Jdbye, I could see AMD trying to pull off the CPU GPU tandem thing, would be a way to maybe close the gap a bit with Nvidia. Plus it would kinda put Nvidia at a future disadvantage since Nvidia can't make X86/64 CPUs? Intel and AMD licensing issues... I wonder how much that has held back innovation. -

@Psionic Roshambo AI assisted game creation is kinda already here, there was recently that AI that can turn any 2D image into a fully modeled 3D object, it's not perfect, but it's a starting point, beats starting from zero+1 -

but most recently, there was one that actually generates a working unity scene with terrain and textures already set up that you can import right into unity, that's a huge time saver right there+1
