Hacking arm9loaderhax.pack? where? how? what?

So it's been a while since I got into this. Got my N3DS installed with a9lh, now I'm seeing if I can get my old one with it. I've been looking around, and the a9lh guide says I need to get the arm9loaderhax.pack on my own. Tried looking for it and about it- what is it and how do I get it/make it?
I can't start up Decrypt9 without it.

Using an O3DS 11.0. in the US.

It's been a long time since I did this for my N3DS. Everything's changed, and there seems to be files I need to find and get on my own that don't seem easy to find.

It says it on the arm9loaderhax github, and also when I try to launch Decrypt9. It says it cannot open arm9loaderhax.pack.

Small mistake. I renamed the file to safehaxpayload.bin.bin. Whoops. Will retry and let you guys know if I need any more help from here.

1. Why Decrypt9 want to read from arm9loaderhax.pack since it only use to backup NAND and do 9.2 CTRtransfer? That App won't need any additional file except 2.1 CTR Files.
2. What I found on github is the link of A9LH file for installation: https://github.com/AuroraWright/arm9loaderhax/releases/tag/17/10
Nothing metion about "arm9loaderhax.pack". Please give us a link that mention that filename.

Advise, please read all the guide page and trying to understand it. Following without understand it may resulting in a failure or a brick.

Got it to boot. I guess the .pack file was optional. Yeah. It was the misnaming of the safehaxpayload.bin that caused it. My bad guys. Thanks for the help and I will ask if I need any more help!

What do you mean? The guide supplies all the files you need right on the pages.
