Is there any site/forum where to check new versions of CFW and emulators..not all emulators, but at least the SNES and GBA?

I don't even think any snes or gba emulators are being actively developed and updated anymore.

You can check that topic I linked to on wololo.net for updates on that particular mod of Snes9xTYLmecm, but after a bunch of relatively rapid updates, the maker of that hasn't made one in a while.

All the other ones have already stopped updating before those two came around, afaik
