Hacking Anyone selling an EZ Flash IV?

I don't mind if it's the old Mini SD one or the new Micro SD but I want an EZ Flash IV and would like to pay with PayPal. I know flashcard transactions are banned and that's why everyone asks for credit card details online, but we can just not let PayPal know what this is.
