so far it's happening on US wiiu only.

the error appears when your nand is fucked. so by that time an exploit wouldn't help you

the error happens with a handful of games. it just so happens when a best selling game comes out that it also happens on people start making articles on it

This apparently only affects US copies so as far as it's known the Europeans are all brick-free.

but EU has only had the game for like a week right? or are you saying this error has only ever affected US games (i.e. the error not exclusive to smash). sorry if i worded myself poorly then
