create a folder on the root of your vitas sd called seplugins (if you havent all ready)
add the game2vhbl plugin to it following the guide
add your emulator to ms0:/PSP/VHBL
launch tn-v and it should be there

but that is just from memory but you should be able to get it going from that but you may want to check out my little guide here for setting up onemenu i find that better for emulators and it will not mess up your tn-v
