Question Accidentally deleted blog entry, can it be recovered?

My recent blog entry was deleted by accident. I got confused as i was getting notifications from it and wasn't the proper one. I made one 2 days ago, but for some reason it duplicated itself. People was able to comment on the duplication but i can never find it unless i click my alerts, it was a incomplete post that was somehow hidden from myself, while the completed one was fully visible.

I haven't deleted any of the cache in my browser so i thought i can find it, copy the contents and repost it but i don't know how.

I thought I heard that no thread or blog is ever deleted, just hidden from public view.
If that is the case, you can probably ask a mod about fixing that.
