ROM Hack About Rulo Kart DS, from the co-creator of the game ROM

Hi, I am XabiPlayerPRO, and I am the co-creator of the ROM. All this beta versions have been developed by RuloHacks, and I am the one who is developing the beta 3 version.
I noticed about some of RuloHacks's mistakes, and I am typing here some of them, which will be corrected on the beta 3 version:
- All the stuff from other roms will have their credits showing their original games.
- I will try to give the game appearance a better look.
- More things hacked, and well edited
- Other things...
