Gaming A few questions about GBA VC

GBA Virtual Console has two display options: full screen and pixel-perfect; but if it's a 16:9 TV in 480p wouldn't full screen still be 720x480 pixel perfect?

Also what happens if you play on an old 4:3 TV, what does it look like?

Playing it on an old TV makes the game get black bars on top and bottom depending on the size of the TV.

Personally I don't see much difference in full-screen and pixel-perfect. I play them most of the time on my gamepad
