Hacking 999 downgrader not working.

Okay I am on Rebug 4.81.1 and the Rebug/Rogero 999 downgrader isn't working. It always says "Unusable Data" (Something like that). Someone please help me. Thanks

Try downloading another files as that one may be corrupt, and try installing it through the recovery menu. You can also try changing the usb port. my right port doesn't allow me to update while my left one does.
