Misc 9.0.0 firmware update bans HomePass?

After I updated my JPN console to 9.0.0-20J, it can't receive HomePass tags anymore.
But one of my another console, which stays in 8.1.0-19J, receives HomePass tags properly.
I have tried changing Wireless MAC manually for over 10 times. All resulted above.

It appears nintendo updated their hotspot whitelist but macs can still be used. This isn't verified though.

Thanks. But it seems that the new MAC addresses compatible with 9.0.0+ haven't been analyzed yet.
I'll temporary use the 00:25 one.

Everything works fine for me, 9.2.0 and a rooted android.
