Hacking [4.5] browser .dat launchers don't work after injecting FBI into health and safety?

I just injected the eur .app file (from rxtools 2.5.2) for FBI into health and safety, and now I can't launch launcher.dat or rxtools.dat with these links:

I was so close to updating to 9.2 why? it worked before!

Which version of fbi is it. Press select I think in fbi to install a mset entry point.

not sure what version it is, and I can't access FBI because to do that i'd have to be in sysnand rxmode

any ideas? I'm starting to think about upgrading to the latest version and dumping piracy on this 3ds all-together (I should have never decided to switch from rxtools -.-)

If you have a flashcart you could probably install MSET exploit.

clearing cookies and bookmarks doesn't work
if it's not to do with me injecting FBI, then theres prob something wrong with the sd card or .dat files maybe

ok, I found a fairly high quality looking sd card laying around (made by a company called "good-ram") I'll try that

nah turns out that sd card is actually crap (act's weird) >.<
looks nicely designed though
