Hardware 3DS XL Main Board Question

So i recently ordered a broken 3ds xl to have fun repairing but i am now at a loss for something. The 2 boards are different colors as well as the ir boards dont seem to match up. They are both 3ds xl however one seems to have a different theme than the other and their is no ir board but rather a small piece that detaches from the mobo. both of them have different spr as well the one without ir board is spr-11 original is spr-01. Is this the wrong mobo to be replacing the main with?

If you see precisely the second board has the ir chip build in. See the markings. Probably different board revision but I don't know for sure.

I was specifically referring to the fact that the little piece above the second picture is the iron blaster and it looks like it was supposed to be soldered on but is loose. Also it doesn't seem like it was ever soldered on or traces or the pads would of ripped.

My best bet is it connected via spring loaded pins. See the pins there.
