Hacking 3DS Movie/Video Converter?

I was wondering if there's anyone that could give me a proper 3DS Movie/Video Converter?
The one that's updated. I've been trying to use 3 different converters now. It's been 3 days since
I've been working on this and this is just the time that I decided to ask for help.

So far, I tried:

SifJar's 3DS Movie
Spinal's 3DS Video
NekuSoul's 3DS Movie Converter

but to no avail, all didn't give much of a result.
SifJar's was close, but I kept encountering errors.
NekuSoul's on the other hand, successfully converted all my Anime (MKV) with the subtitles
to 3DS Playable format, but it didn't convert YouTube 3D (Side-By-Side) videos. I clicked 3D Video and
Side-By-Side check boxes on the GUI, but it only gave me a CURRENT.AVI on the folder where the converter is.
The path I specified for the output video was empty.

Any help on this?

I've never tried it before but I used The dpg converter for ds on that site and it works great.
