Gaming 3ds Froze

So i was playing a 3DS game the other day (CIA) and i went to my browser on the 3ds to look something up. However, after doing my business and closing the browser, the 3ds froze. i had to reboot it. Is this an common occurance?

Well, i was playing Pokemon Omega Ruby and went to a site called Serebii. Thats it.

Technology bugs out and freezes sometimes. This isn't a big deal.

If it won't happen regularly, I'd say this is fairly normal.
