Eu has the games. Downloaded em at 9:15 am or so. Its good to see that All of the games came without any kind of errors or so. So indeed EU has green light.

Have you checked "Titles you've downloaded" and they should be on one of the pages.

Its actually "Account Activity" and they still say "Coming to eShop"

Well, that's why you have to go to "titles you've downloaded" not "account activity"

Nintendo should have really been more clear... you can press the Menu button in the very top left of the touch screen and scroll to the bottom option. It will take you to a menu with several big buttons, scroll down and click the Titles you've Downloaded.

...it's there, people just aren't looking (especially for NA). it'd make no sense for NA Ambassadors to not have it. i mean, aren't you guys even curious enough to see where buttons will lead you? you guys should go figure out for yourself what buttons do. :/

anyways, i'm surprised but... apparently i've attempted downloading the Starfox64 3D E3 video before, and i saw it among the list. i redownloaded it, and to my surprise, it's still there. no amount of searching will show it though, so the content is there, but inaccessible unless you tried downloading it before.

i haven't downloaded all, but i got 5. any way to download the others? i guess i just wanna see them, is all...

Well, I finally got around to trying the Ambassador games and have to say that I'm slightly disappointed.

• aspect ratio sucks
• no save states
• no option to switch screen games are displayed on
• half-baked multiplayer

My favourite game out of all the ones given is Yoshi. It's addicting, has great music and appears to have withstood the test of time (which some other games haven't).

I'm just waiting for the GBA games. Provided they don't screw up on the game library with the other (yet to be revealed) games, I should be interested.

Well, I finally got around to trying the Ambassador games and have to say that I'm slightly disappointed.

• no save states-it's coming in an update, they did say we got an early priority release
• no option to switch screen games are displayed on-again no complaints here
• half-baked multiplayer- it's coming in an update, we got priority versions, so when the retail release comes we get all the full features in an update

The GBA games, will most likely be the same, seeing as it's been confirmed to have no save states and multiplayer.
Hopefully they don't screw up the resolution like they did with DS mode
