Hey guys,

I messed up a hardmod on a 2DS by accidentally pulling off a couple of the solder pads. I tried the hardmod because the al9h install failed (blank screen only). This was a new 2DS with the FTR-20 motherboard.

I ordered a new motherboard on ebay (FTR-01) and I just replaced it. When I power it on, the screens turn on but it remains blank/black. There are no sounds etc.

Now, I just realized that the wireless is not integrated in the MB on the FTR-01 like it is on the FTR-20. However, it seems that that issue would cause an error message, not just a blank screen. Any ideas on what the issue may be? I have checked the ribbon cables and they seemed ok, but I will check again if that seems to be the issue.

Thanks!
