We mentioned it last week and this would be the "just about to start" bell. Anyhow in a little under a hour the 29c3 talks will open (full web schedule/Fahrplan), remember times are Berlin/Hamburg times which are one hour ahead of UK times (UTC/GMT +1).
Since the previous post Lightning talks are starting to have a schedule put together and most importantly the links to video streams are now available (android and iDevice options are also available for those that wish for such things). Downloads of various talks are usually available very quickly and youtube videos are available not long after (last year it was a matter of hours at times), check the streaming links as and when it all starts to get more info there.
Similarly for those in various countries in mainland Europe you may well be able to pop along to a hackerspace or similar to catch streams and meet likeminded people there.
29c3 have their own IRC channels and twitter options in which you can ask questions and GBAtemp's own will usually sport a few people discussing the streams of the moment.
