Homebrew 11.6.0 hackable?

Got a new 3ds xl, its on 11.6.0, it has smash bros and pkmn moon (smash bros is updated, pkmn moon isnt), and I also have a b9s'd 2ds, so is it possible to hack it?
Edit: Is it possible to do without the DSi ware

You either need a DSiWarehax transfer or a compatible DS flashcart. There's no "free" way to install CFW on 11.6 (unless you have a flashcart that works for it lying around).
